What it is

A structured starting point for a useful coaching conversation.

The Compass uses eight everyday capabilities: Understand, Choose, Envision, Explore, Plan, Act, Resource and Sustain. It is informed by established coaching, behavioural and decision-making concepts.

It is not a psychological, clinical or recruitment assessment. It does not diagnose, predict job outcomes, use norm scores or make a larger or more balanced shape “better”.

How your report is created

  1. You complete a short, situation-specific reflection.
  2. A provisional draft is prepared for your coach.
  3. Your coach reviews, edits or holds it before personally sending an approved report.
